Purchases made on www.WickdSoulCo.com may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if the product is unused, and in new and original condition. Any products received broken must be submitted through our Contact Us Page or email us at WickdSolSales@gmail.com. Please include a photo of the breakage prior to safely discarding the candle, to be eligible for a refund.
Wick'd Soul Candles does not cover return shipping costs or services. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
